Yuan-Ming Chang elected as TWCSI's new Chairman2014-09-18

TWCSI held the 3rd General Meeting on August 21, and elected new board members and chairman. Mr. Yuan-Ming Chang (left), President  of Unitech is elected as the Chairman.
